To attain the stipulated objectives of NCF/N, there are two segments integrated in it for the effective and efficient operation of its total management. One segment includes General Assembly, Board of Directors (BODs), Account Committee, Sub-Committees and other segment is the paid employees. The responsibilities for carrying out its activities, for executing the General Assemblys' & BODs' decision, for supervising staff and assessing their performance , for making relation and coordination with government and international organizations and so on , the management headed by executive chairman including  General manager and departmental heads are liable. Department heads are also internally responsive for executing the approved plans, policies and other directed functions with the other support staffs to their respective department. A planning and monitoring committee has also been formed to evaluate the implemented programs alongwith the faced constraints during the respective period.

        To run NCF/N's functions, there are two segments of management. One segment includes Board of Directors, Accounts Committee, Sub-committees and other segment is paid management employees. Both the segments are integrated into one organization - NCF/N for the effective and efficient operation of its total management.
